Hoodaville Clothing Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Hoodaville Clothing. We strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. You may return items under the following conditions:

Return Conditions -
Eligibility: The item(s) must have come shipped to you as defective. Defective item(s) must be unworn, undamaged by customer, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Under no circumstance will we accept returns and refund items unless it arrived to you damaged. (See below)

Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within three (3) days of the delivery date.

How to Initiate a Return
Contact Us: To initiate a return, please visit our Contact Us page and provide your order number and details about the product you wish to return.

Approval: Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back to us.

Refund Process
Inspection: Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return conditions.

Refund Issuance: If the item is approved, we will process your refund to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days along with shipping cost.

Non-Refundable Items
Items that are worn, damaged by customer, or missing tags.

Why we structured our policy this way:

Our business model is POD (print on demand) which means that clothing items are only made once you order them. This way we don't have to maintain inventory. For this reason we cannot exchange items and receive returns outside of the conditions listed above. To avoid any issues with out clothes, make sure before you decide to place your order that you check with the occupying size chart.
